1.) First and last, this board is for FUN.

2.) The board is open Monday thru Friday and is closed on weekends and holidays. If you are sick and/or have encountered an "oops" day and cannot vote. Let me know ASAP!!! I will hope that you to make that up though on the Fridays/weekend/holidays that are observed USA time. I do hope you to vote at least FIVE days a week excluding holidays and weekends.

3.) Email me or use the forum for "I voted" use ONLY one of the options. You will have to send that "FOUND" email that is provided on the hidden page. You can send me mail for Questions/LOA or comments.

4.) There are no restrictions on how many boards you are on but I ask that you submit only two Diamond topsites per ISP. Til then, please respect that rule. Owners of other boards are welcome to list with me to get exposure for their board. Just email me below with a graphic, a short summary of your board and I will create a VE Boards page specifically for that purpose. VE Board owners are also welcome to list THEIR Diamond topsite with me as well.

5.) Sign up for the newsletter so that I can keep you informed on new members and I hope you will visit the new members and sign their guestbook. That is a matter of courtesy. The newsletter is moderated by me and only me. I will remind you now and then of updates on anything that has to do with the board. New members will only be added for the new week not in the middle of the week. Give me a few days to get back to you.

6.) You will have a smiley of some sorts by your website Sunday night if you have found the hidden page and/or voted 5X/7X a week.

7.) These rules/graphics are copyrighted by Deaf Charley. No part of these rules/graphics may be used and/or copied/modified for another board without express written permission by the owner, Deaf Charley. Except in some cases some graphics were found on the public domain and you claim it as yours let me know and I will remove it upon request and/or give credit where credit is due.

8.) Sign my guestbook so I know you have read these rules and understand. The guestbook is for such and for other visitors that might visit. It is NOT for I voted or FOUND the hidden page. I would appreciate it if the hidden page was not disclosed to others.

9.) Last but not least, these rules are subject to change without notice. Sorry miners! I will give consideration to those that do not like the rules. If you don't understand any part of the rules, I am open for discussion.

13.) Credits will be given if I messed up on your voting url and/or site urls. You can use these credits for LOA time and you still get votes for that to make up for votes lost during my goof. You can also use it for sick and/or oops day where you could not vote or inform me of the fact beforehand. I will also give out credit on those certain days I have a hidden page and it says on the hidden page that one day or so...credit will be given in lieu of award. Now, does that make sense ? Credit of one day is given for each level you move up ~a limit of five. For new members, you automatically get 14 days credit..that does not include your other sites with diamonds. Only one per person.
